Mr. Li brings a tech-centric investing lens grounded in law and accounting degrees and a career spanning venture, telecom, and public markets. He has vetted, structured, and scaled companies from initial fundraising through IPO, with a focus on technologies that reshape distribution and market structure.
Since 2016, Mr. Li has served on the board of an SFC-licensed Hong Kong asset manager, reinforcing his command of governance, compliance, and fiduciary oversight.
Previously, as in-house counsel at Cable & Wireless (HK), he gained first-hand exposure to digital infrastructure, network economics, and carrier-grade service models—experience he now applies to diligence around product moats, regulatory pathways, and B2B go-to-market. He later held senior roles including Executive Director at Oriental Explorer Holdings (HK-listed), adding listed-company discipline and capital-markets execution to his toolkit.

Ms. Zhang brings over two decades of distinguished expertise in venture capital and private equity, with a keen focus on guiding cross-border investments through Asia's evolving regulatory landscapes. Before joining On Capital in 2008, Ms. Zhang honed her skills at premier Chinese law firms DeHeng and Yingke, where she delivered comprehensive legal counsel on corporate governance, equity and debt financing, strategic alliances, and mergers & acquisitions.
